SCOTT ROGASCH

We listened to our guests and further developed our experience offering, focusing on giving every visitor a personalised approach. We want all our guests to walk away with the ‘wow’ factor as we show them our Barossa.

Rogasch Cottage

Rogasch Cottage in Barossa delivers the ‘wow’ factor to guests with personalised service, private wine tastings and a hot tub with a spectacular view – thanks to trailblazer, Scott Rogasch, seeing COVID lockdowns as an opportunity to grow.

Opening in November 2019, the high-end luxury two-bedroom 1860’s cottage accommodation was just getting started when COVID hit, which saw valuable bookings lost overnight.

Hear more about Scott’s inspirational story in our Tourism Trailblazer episode.

ROGASCH COTTAGE

Discover how by focusing on customer feedback, Scott developed a range of personalised, authentic experiences to show guests his Barossa.

Scott also used the downtime to further build his social media presence, and once lockdowns were lifted, bookings boomed as Rogasch Cottage was top of mind with locals wanting to rediscover their own backyard.
