The South Australian Tourism Commission engaged Deloitte to undertake a study of workforce needs in the South Australian Tourism and Hospitality sector. The research was in response to anecdotal feedback around workforce shortages.

The summary report provides a clear and common understanding of the issues being faced across the state within the tourism and hospitality sector.
