JUSTYNA JOCHYM

Justyna Jochym is the Chief Executive of Festival City Adelaide – the industry body for South Australia’s major arts and cultural festivals – which works to ensure that Adelaide is nationally and internationally recognised as Australia’s Festival Capital, delivering the world’s best festival experience.

Prior to her current role, she worked as the Director of International Cooperation and Development at the Krakow Centre for Culture, Business and Festivals (Poland), managing global partnerships and international programs across the MICE, tourism and festival sectors.

Justyna is a board member of Tourism Industry Council SA (TICSA) and chair of its Advocacy Committee. She also serves as chair of Writers SA and deputy chair of the Arts Industry Council SA (AICSA) executive committee. Justyna also served on the former Major Events Advisory Group. She holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide, which complements her existing humanities and academic background.

In 2022, Justyna was invited to join the Force Forty Program, as well as the recently launched New State of Mind campaign as an ambassador.
