DONNA GAUCI
BOARD MEMBER

Donna Gauci has 40 years’ experience working in the travel, tourism and transport industry. Her experience includes retail travel agencies, wholesale, destination marketing, inbound tour operations, domestic and international sales and marketing and operational management.

For the past 19 years Donna has been employed with SeaLink Marine & Tourism, a division of Kelsian, an ASX 200 transport and tourism company. Donna first joined as General Manager for SeaLink New Zealand and after transferring to Adelaide held the role as General Manager for SeaLink South Australia between 2011 and 2018.

Donna was appointed to the role of Chief Operating Officer in June 2019 overseeing the company’s 10 operational business units and centralised support service functions and by mid-2023 was promoted to Chief Executive.

Donna was a Board Member of the Tourism Industry Council of South Australia between 2017-2019 and joined the South Australian Tourism Commission Board in 2019.
