Data Collection Consent for Dining Cashback

The South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) requires personal information from you for the purposes of: (a) processing the Hospitality/Seafood Business’ application to register for the Dining Cashback program (Program) and creating a listing in the list of participating businesses, if successful; (b) promoting the Hospitality/Seafood Business; (c) conducting market research and analysis; (d) sending the Hospitality/Seafood Business emails including but not limited to information about the Program; (e) preventing or detecting unlawful behaviour to protect or enforce SATC’s legal rights or as otherwise permitted by law; (f) ensuring the security of SATC and its suppliers’ operations; (g) creating a profile about the Hospitality/Seafood Business to help SATC personalise its services to the Hospitality/Seafood Business if it has consented to receive SATC marketing emails; (h) sharing that personal information with: (i) third parties who supply goods and services on which SATC’s products and systems are built; (ii) third parties who provide SATC with assistance in conducting the Program; or (iii) government departments, agencies or other authorised bodies where permitted or required by law.

The Privacy Statement sets out how SATC collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information in relation to the Hospitality/Seafood Business for the purposes listed above.
