Adelaide Hills, South Australia
Habitat Restoration for Bandicoots & Woodland Birds
Mark Oliphant Conservation Park in the Adelaide Hills, is important habitat for the nationally endangered southern brown bandicoot, alongside native birds such as the scarlet robin, golden whistler and Adelaide rosella. Restoration here rebuilds the dense native understorey these species need to shelter and feed.
Travel for Nature: it’s travel that gives back.
South Australia is the land of simple pleasures, a place where better beats bigger. Fresh air, wide open spaces, pristine beaches, and award-winning national parks.
We’re here to share with visitors the simple things that make life meaningful, to help them travel gently and nurture our nature while they are here.
Travel for Nature turns that care into something you can measure.
