Free webinar for tourism businesses to prepare to re-open
RESILIENCE AND REBOUND PROGRAM
FREE WEBINAR
IN COLLABORATION WITH DELOITTE AND JOINED BY SOUTH AUSTRALIA'S DEPUTY CHIEF PUBLIC MEDICAL OFFICER, DR CHRIS LEASE
Perhaps more than any other sector, COVID-19 has brought the tourism and hospitality sectors to a standstill. However, we are now in the fortunate position to be looking towards the next stage after South Australia's strong performance in flattening the curve.
Join a free 60-minute webinar run jointly by Deloitte and the South Australian Tourism Commission, which will consider next steps as our state's tourism businesses prepare to re-open their doors.
SATC chief executive Rodney Harrex, and SATC executives, Brent Hill, Nick Jones and Hitaf Rasheed, will outline SATC activities from a funding, marketing and events outlook and provide guidance on what businesses can expect travel to look like in the coming months.
South Australia's Deputy Chief Public Medical Officer, Dr Chris Lease, will join the session to provide an update on the latest health advice for South Australian travel.
Partners from Deloitte will offer their perspectives on what businesses can be doing now to prepare for customers, guiding webinar participants through the areas to consider to get your businesses in the best shape and ready for the 'new normal'.
There will be an open Q&A throughout the session to ask questions.

This webinar follows the successful first two webinars as part of SATC's Resilience and Rebound Program, in which senior partners at Deloitte covered tactical and practical activities such as managing cash flow, business continuity and finance, managing staff and accessing government stimulus packages including JobKeeper.
A range of resources for tourism businesses, including fact sheets and video tutorials, designed to help them get through this crisis while planning for a better tomorrow are available on the Resilience and Rebound Program page here.
