Sunita Gloster AM is a Non-Executive Director and strategic advisor with more than 30 years of experience across the professional services, media and technology sectors in Australia and overseas. She currently serves as Chair of Diversity Council Australia and holds board positions with the RAA and Maurice Blackburn Lawyers. She is also a Fellow of the Centre for Australia-India Relations and a Senior Advisor at Accenture.

Sunita brings extensive governance experience with expertise in marketing and customer-led strategy, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement.

Sunita is consistently recognised as one of Australia’s most influential women in media and marketing and has been ranked in Australia’s B&T Women in Media Power 30 list for eleven years, she was ranked number one in 2024. Having migrated to Mount Gambier from India in 1974, Sunita remains a passionate South Australian at heart. She brings a unique perspective shaped by lived experience, commercial acumen and a commitment to nation-building and inclusive leadership.
