South Australian International Wine Tourism Strategy

 

Released: April 2018

The South Australian International Wine Tourism Strategy was developed by the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC) in partnership with Primary Industries and Regions South Australia (PIRSA) and the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA).

The strategy provides insight into the current state of the wine tourism sector in South Australia, and then outlines the opportunity to increase expenditure in South Australia associated with wine tourism by $10m by 2020, and increase visitation by 10,000 visitors. It identifies the Priority Markets of China, USA and UK, as well as Secondary Markets of New Zealand, France and Canada.
