South Australian bushfire update – emergency information

Red Poles

Open since 2005, Red Poles started off as an art gallery, bed and breakfast and small café. Today, the business has developed into a venue with a fully licensed restaurant, also hosting weddings, private functions and art workshops, and is the cellar door for Vale Brewing.

Red Poles has seen tremendous growth in recent years with the business now employing a regular staff of 15 people each week (up from two in 2005) as well as exhibiting up to 500 artists a year compared to 50 in the early years.

The business prides itself on working with the local Fleurieu community through employing locals, showcasing local artists through the gallery, hosting workshops and community events as well as working with local tour operators and local producers on a regular basis.
