Our Media Gallery is a secure online resource available to travel trade, media and tourism operators to use for the promotion of South Australia as a desirable travel destination. It houses over 15,000 items including photographs, video footage, editorial and maps; all of which can be viewed, ordered and downloaded online. We manage and maintain this service which is provided at no cost to registered users. Guidelines All photographs, video footage, editorial and maps available from the Media Gallery ("Media Gallery Material") are protected by copyright. Wherever possible, captions used with images from the Media Gallery must include the location, business name or event, along with the region. Suitable image captions are provided in the ‘Item Details’ field for each image in our Media Gallery. Media Gallery material cannot be supplied or used for commercial purposes e.g. postcards for sale. Registering To access material from our Media Gallery, you will need to meet the user criteria and submit a registration request outlining your current tourism related project. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible to assist us in the assessment of your registration. You will need to read and agree to the terms and conditions. This is a simple process and registration requests are processed within one business day. If your registration has been approved, you will need to supply project details specific to the selected material for each new order you place. Submitting Visuals If you are a photographer or tourism operator and would like to submit your imagery and/or footage for consideration to be included on the South Australia Media Gallery please contact our Brand Assets Team. Please note: Images are to be supplied at highest possible quality. The following are preferred formats: Photographs: CMYK TIFF 300dpi A3 420mm x 297mm (if possible), but minimum A4 size. Style of imagery We look for imagery that showcases the broad range of experiences South Australia offers. Whether it’s wine, food, nature or culture – every region is a place you can be immersed while getting up close and personal with your passions. This theme comes to life with tightly cropped visuals, and strikingly beautiful close-ups that tell a story, capturing people within the experience (avoid empty room shots) – helping capture the intimate details that make South Australia a unique sensory destination.
