Minister for Tourism

Australia’s biggest boxing rivals - Anthony Mundine and Danny Green - will fight it out at Adelaide Oval early next year, with the two world champions facing off for the first time in 10 years.

The superfight is expected to be the biggest in Australian history.

It is expected 37,000 people – many travelling from interstate - will watch the Man Vs Machine bout in Adelaide on February 3.

About 34,000 fans saw Mundine (47 wins/ 7 losses) claim a unanimous points decision over Green (35 wins/ 5 losses) in their 2006 bout in Sydney.

Mundine is a three-time world champion. Green is a four-time world champion and the two have long been arch enemies.
