Events South Australia is proactive in sponsoring and supporting a wide range of successful major events across the state. WOMADelaide, Clipsal 500 Adelaide, Adelaide Fringe, the Australian International 3 Day Event and Cabaret Festival are just a few of the exciting events held on an annual basis in South Australia.

Major Event Legislation

The Major Events Act 2013 facilitates the holding and conduct of major events in South Australia. It has been enacted for events including the Santos Tour Down Under, Credit Union Christmas Pageant, Liverpool FC v Adelaide United, Rolling Stones concert and international cricket matches.
